Today will be my first day back at my previous place of employment. Yeah, you read that right. I'm going back. I was barely making enough money at the new job and my old place of employment is the only one who's offered me anything. Still hopeful on the library job, though. I had to do something, and I find it infinitley 'Q'rious" (lol) that with all the resumes I've put out, that I can't get a job anywhere else. But that's the way it goes.
My, what a waste of a degree.
At least I'll be with friends.

Kalsang...my degree is in Political Science. I'm looking for administrative type work, but I'm willing to try something different. What I'd reallllly like to do is write, teach, and/or work in a library. I applied for a job at our local library, (part time) so keep your fingers crossed for me. :-)

Never a waste of education. Education is only wasted on fools who really believe that upon graduation that they really know something. I am vividly aware that even in the aftermath of a degree in political science, I still really know nothing at all. But at least I know that I know nothing.
